Update to Valid ID Policy — Package Collection ID Requirement

Please be advised that, effective immediately, all package collections require the presentation of a valid, physical, government-issued identification (ID). Digital IDs displayed on mobile phones or other electronic devices, as well as photocopies or printed copies of IDs on paper or cardstock, will no longer be accepted.
