Important
Thursday, 1 October 2026· HR· Shemarra Walker

The Company has revised the eligibility criteria for the Attendance and Punctuality Incentive Programme, effective June 30, 2026. Under the revised criteria, eligible employees will continue to receive an incentive payment of JMD $4,000.00 per fortnight, subject to meeting the requirements outlined below. Eligibility Requirements To qualify for the incentive payment, employees must: - Report to the office at least ten (10) minutes before the start of their scheduled shift on at least seventy percent (70%) of their scheduled workdays during the fortnight. - Accurately record their attendance by clocking in and out using the Company's timekeeping system. Where a clock-in or clock-out is missed due to an oversight or system issue, management may, at its discretion, verify attendance using available records when determining eligibility for the incentive. - Work all scheduled shifts during the fortnight with no instances of lateness. Employees who take any approved or unapproved time off during the fortnight will not be eligible for the Attendance and Punctuality Incentive for that fortnight. Year-End Sick Leave Incentive The Company will also introduce a Year-End Sick Leave Incentive. Employees who have five (5) or more unused sick leave days remaining at the end of their employment year will be eligible to receive a payment equivalent to eighty percent (80%) of the value of all unused sick leave days remaining in their annual entitlement. The incentive payment will be calculated based on the employee's rate of pay at the time of payment and will be paid in accordance with the Company's payroll procedures. General Conditions - All eligibility requirements must be satisfied for the entire fortnight to qualify for the incentive payment. - The Company reserves the right to review time and attendance records when determining eligibility. - Any falsification of attendance records or misuse of the timekeeping system may result in disciplinary action and disqualification from the incentive program. - Management reserves the right to amend, suspend, or discontinue the program at its discretion. We appreciate your cooperation and commitment to maintaining excellent attendance and punctuality standards. Signed: Management
