National Customer Service Week (NCSW) 2026 — "The Extra Mile"

National Customer Service Week (NCSW) is an international celebration of the people who serve and support customers every day — that's all of us here at Knutsford Express. This year it runs October 5–9, with the theme "The Extra Mile." Monday: managers kick off by personally thanking their teams, and the first of this week's daily customer service quizzes lands in your inbox. Tuesday–Thursday: in-office recognition certificates go out all week — most helpful team member, most improved, best problem solver, always going the extra mile — plus "Caught You Being Great" certificates and the Customer Commendation/Compliment Wall. Friday, October 9th: Customer Service Appreciation Day — casual no-uniform day, lunch, music, games, and the awards presentation.
